Technical coating systems for drinking water
AQUAPERL® waterproofing systems are based on solvent-free epoxy coatings, with or without glass fabric reinforcements. Certificate of Sanitary Conformity (A.C.S.) and CE marking. Chemically neutral. No Bisphenol A in the polymerized coating.
Designed for the waterproofing of overground, underground and semi-buried tanks, including water towers, in concrete or steel, and of the different components of drinking water treatment plants,
in new-build and rehabilitation projects.
Simple and quick to clean and disinfect. In accordance with the circulars of the Ministry of Health.
By eliminating all contact with the raw or calcified surfaces of the container, they ensure that the quality of the water will be preserved durably.
Epoxy resin / glass fabric multi-layer lamination gives the system resistance to existing and future cracking in a concrete substrate of up to 20/10ths of a mm.

The application of this system, composed of AQUAPERL® epoxy resin, laminated and reinforced with glass fabric, ensures a perfect watertightness on various installations of a drinking water production plant of 2,700 m3/h
The works consisted of the floors and the walls waterproofing of intermediate lifting tarpaulins, coagulation tanks and Aquadaf TM clarifiers with a total surface area of 2,576 m²

Internal drinking water tank’s waterproofing (underside, walls and floor)
The application of this system, composed of AQUAPERL® epoxy resin, laminated and reinforced with glass fabric, ensures a perfect watertightness of the tank as well as a good resistance to temperature variations
After repairing concrete and steel parts, this 1,900 m3 tank was waterproofed (walls, floor and the underside of the slab)
